Framingham, MA 01701Hi, we have a gunite pool with a poured concrete deck in roughly 10' by 10' sections with thin plastic dividers. Over the winter, one of the sections either lowered or was raised and now there is a 1 1/2 inch variation where it meets at the plastic divider. I can email a picture. Would you be interested in quoting for that? Other sections have moved less and we might want quotes on those also. Thanks, Alan

Framingham, MA 01701I am a realtor. My daughter has an offer on a home in Framingham ma. The home inspection was today. He found a few 1/4 inch cracks in the foundation of a slab ranch that said should be looked at by a structural engineer or someone who specializes in the repair. The Sellers agent said we only have Monday or Tuesday to get someone in there. I think this is a bit unreasonable however I am doing my best. The buyers would just like to know if this is structural or if they can just have the cracks filled. There were many other items on the list that we are going to overlook and they will just do themselves. In my experience however when talking about foundation it could be a huge expense.
