Mike in South Haven noticed that there was moisture getting into his dirt crawlspace, as well as a little critter running around. After seeing both of these things, Mike knew that it was time to make a call. When we received his phone call, we knew exactly what Mike needed: CleanSpace. Inside the Basement Systems encapsulation system is the CleanSpace liner. This is a plastic liner that is designed to permanently keep away any moisture and air. It is placed completely over the walls and floor, creating a constant blockage to anything outside of it, including critters. Sue had some moisture issues in her crawl space and it was causing musty odors to come up into the home.  She has always had a dehumidifier but is now looking for a permanent solution.
