Matt joined Ayers in 2016, eight years after the company repaired his home's basement and crawl space. He previously had a career designing staging and event seating for corporate meetings and sporting events, but when he sought a change, Ayers was his first choice. His background in drafting and design helps him clearly explain to homeowners how Ayers can address their home’s issues.

Matt lives in DeWitt, Michigan, with his wife and two sons in a restored farmhouse. He enjoys camping, kayaking, hockey, and spending time with his family outside of work.
