The TripleSafe sump pump system offers three different levels of support when it comes to pumping water out of your basement. There is one pump for everyday normal levels of water, one, more powerful, pump for heavier volumes of water, and one battery-operated pump that will keep you protected in power outages.
The IceGuard System makes sure water is expelled from the house in freezing temperatures like the ones we have in Michigan winters. This ensures homeowners do not have to worry about frozen water blocking the pipes and drainage system.
Here you can see the water damage in Diana's basement. This was taken prior to the waterproofing installations which will take care of these troublesome issues for her!
This was Lupe and Kellen's basement during inspection. Nothing looks particularly wrong, but unwanted moisture can wreak havoc on your health as well as the structural integrity of your home.
Concrete must be removed and dug out for the liner to be placed. The team concluded that this corner of Jessica's basement would be best as it is where most of the water was coming from. Once the liner was set, the team could plumb the lines and install the pumps!
When we went to inspect the home and come up with solutions for Cheryl, we found some stair step cracking in a different wall than what she called us about. This is not bad now but if left unfixed it could get much worse.
The WaterGuard drain will catch any leakage from higher walls or floors before it reaches your basement floor. Other perks are that this system is almost invisible after it is set up and has a quicker and easier installation process than outdoor drains.
