Before joining Ayers, Nate worked as a line cook at Big Boy and an industrial electrician at Fluid Chillers. His close friend introduced him to Ayers, and he is thrilled to be part of a professional team dedicated to high standards.

Nate lives in Holt, Michigan, with his wife, Jessie, and their two beautiful children. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, grilling, and bowling.
