Here is an inside look at David's messy crawl space before our installations. Encapsulation was needed to keep the area protected and in better shape.
Nicole needed a waterproofing system that would collect the puddles of water seeping through the walls. With WaterGuard, this subfloor drainage system will do exactly this. We install the drain around the perimeter of the basement and it is laid on the foundation's footing to prevent clogging. We will hook this system to the new sump pump we will add next. Water will be directed to the sump pump rather than her floor!
While water was not seeping through the cracks in Teresa's foundation, it was only a matter of time before it worsened. The crack below the window indicated that water may have caused the problem. Luckily the FlexiSpan system is perfect for the job!
The crack in the above wall brought obvious concerns to Bill, and as the gap grew larger, Bill became more anxious about the situation. If cracks are forming in your foundation walls, check them out before the problem worsens!
Jennifer opted to install the WaterGuard system, and the installation crew got to work. The WaterGuard system sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing, meaning the concrete must be torn up and a trench dug.
Once Chris and Christine decided to go with the SuperSump, the installation crew got to work! The cement in the basement had to be torn up so the liner and discharge lines could be placed.
