TJ has a diverse background in construction, having built more than 500 homes, garages, pole barns, and additions. He appreciates the opportunity at Ayers to help elevate the customer experience in the contracting industry.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, TJ lives in Cadillac with his wife and children. The family enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and kayaking outdoors. In addition, TJ enjoys golfing and bowling in his free time.
