Taylor is a Ferris State University graduate with degrees in graphic design and advertising/integrated marketing communications. Before joining Ayers, she was the Director of Marketing and Communications for an association management company. She also has experience in event planning and project management.

Taylor grew up in Jackson, MI, and currently resides with her fiancé and their cockapoo dog in Lansing, MI. She regularly visits Detroit to cheer on the Red Wings or Lions. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending country concerts, and working out.
