Latherian brings hands-on experience from his previous role at Triton Industries, where he helped build pontoon boats. He finds satisfaction in the physical labor and the opportunity to help homeowners solve challenging issues with their homes.

Originally from Owosso, Michigan, Latherian now resides in Kentwood. In his free time, he enjoys staying fit, listening to music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
