Caleb previously worked independently in a greenhouse but was eager to join a team environment. He started at Ayers as a crew member and quickly showcased his commitment to growth and teamwork, earning his promotion to foreman.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys traveling and fishing. He lives in Williamston, Michigan, and loves exploring Michigan’s great outdoors.
