Emma brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and customer service management to Ayers. Her warm demeanor and care for others reflect her passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys crocheting, making maple syrup, and taking full advantage of Michigan’s seasons. She loves summer boating and autumn football, often accompanied by her cat and dog.
