Bobby’s journey into foundation repair is a natural extension of his upbringing in a family-owned residential footings business. With years of experience in the industry, he was eager to join Ayers, attracted by its reputation for innovation and commitment to exceptional service.

In his free time, Bobby and his wife of ten years, Brittany, volunteer at their son Lincoln’s school. He is passionate about supporting families with special needs children through various support groups.
