Before joining Ayers, Cassie McCarthy spent 10 years as a General Manager and Graphic Designer for a screen-printing business in Grand Rapids. Looking to be closer to home, she returned to Lansing, where she helped nonprofits establish their brands and enhance both their physical and online presence.

Cassie is a Lansing native, and family is at the heart of her life. Her parents and aunt, who live just a few hours north on Chippewa Lake, are her biggest supporters. She often visits them with her husband and their little dog, Wolfie, enjoying sunset pontoon rides and quality time together.
