I've seen commercials and Virgil Ayers seemed trustworthy and like someone who would stand behind his products/services. We also appreciated that our salesperson (Phil) was not pushy or gimmicky- another company had "the quote" and then "the quote if you sign right not"- that felt very high-pressure to me and that was a huge turnoff.
