One of the reasons we selected Ayers was based on two recommendations from friends of ours that had recently used Ayers and were satisfied customers. We are very satisfied with the work Ayers did on waterproofing our basement and installing the bright wall.

Sales Process
Ken Breitner was the salesperson for our home. He was on time for the appointment and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work. We had follow up questions after his visit and he was very conscientious in getting back to us in a timely manner.
Our Installation Crew
The crew showed up on time both days. On the second day they worked until 7 PM in order to get all of the work completed. The entire crew was very professional and courteous. Their work ethic was impressive. The quality of the work was very good.
The Cleanup Process
The crew did a very good job cleaning up the basement and driveway when they had finished.
What made you choose our company:
We competitively bid the basement waterproofing work. Ayers was the only bidder that could provide both the waterproofing and the bright wall installation. Ken Breitner did an excellent job in answering all of our questions both when he visited our home and with follow up questions. Two of our friends also used Ayers recently and were both satisfied customers. The good experiences of our friends with Ayers was an important consideration in awarding the work to Ayers.
