4 out of 5Fast work, finished product looks very clean and effective. But also a very long wait time for scheduling work. Not the best if i was to find myself in an emergency situation that required faster service.
Call rep was very nice and polite.
Matt Wetzel was a great seller. Not pushy, listens, and guided me toward the best decision for my situation and budget. Can't wait to see how it performs now that ive had his visual demonstration. And he explained everything clearly and quickly.
Fast, good finished work, but not entirely professional enough in my opinion. Almost always left the door open when moving out broken concrete. Yes, winter is not quite here yet, but shutting the door behind you seems like a common courtesy i didn't receive. I understand the process is heavy lifting and it is annoying to constantly open and shut doors with your hands full, but, i feel like that should be part of the job to do the best for the homeowners' heat bill this time of year. Left basement window open when they left. And my wife tells me (as i had left before completion to head to work) right before they drove off one of them decided it was a good idea to knock on our bedroom window and make barking noises, as to rile up our two dogs. And then drive off faster than my wife could walk out the door to ask why would you do that? Normally this kind of thing wouldn't upset me, getting the dogs going is alright if you are a friend or family member. But i was under the impression that i paid a professional size price for professionalism all the way around. Also i paid the balance in full before i left, i expected them to be more like the other representatives i had talked to with Ayers. Especially for someone who pays everything off at time of service. I like the work they did, everything else was as if they cared very little about me and my wife's satisfaction. Not funny, guys....
They moved the truck as to allow me to leave for work on time. And the basement was left clean and dry. i appreciate that very much as other services i've had with different companies have been lazy at cleaning up afterwards.

i chose ayers based on the call Rep's politeness and Matt Wetzels sales expertise. He showed me the most logical and long lasting choice. And i went for it. It rained tonight and my basement is dry. That makes me happy. Thank you, but teach your crew some manners next time i will be calling someone else.
