I live on a small lake in Edwardsburg, MI and the lake has been flooded since February 2018. Right now my basement is lower than the lake and this has led to major issues. But within a few hours of even a partial installation of my Ayres Basement System, I could see dry spots on my basement floor for the first time in 51 weeks. The basement was completely dry the day after installation.

I was very skeptical when your salesman explained how the system worked, and he assured me that it would solve the problems in my basement. I had talked to five different basement system companies, had four visit me, and received three estimates. Ayers had the best presentation and had the most detailed estimate. Before I made my decision I contacted Jim with more questions and he responded to my phone calls and emails within an hour or two, if not immediately.

The installation went much better than I had expected. The Crew were outstanding. I have never seen such hard working individuals. They were thorough, considerate, professional yet personable, and very skilled at their job. They worked under harsh conditions in a flooded basement and even had to deal with carrying all their equipment and supplies down a flight of icy stairs outside my home. They never complained and they kept me informed at all stages of what was happening. I couldn't ask for better individuals to be in my home.
