Our Overall Service

My opinion is based solely on the professionalism and expertise of Terri Giese, who evaluated our basement needs and estimated the costs of the project, crew leader Al Bernal-Betto and the two technicians (TJ and Phil) who worked with him. All these individuals were conscientious and prompt.

Call Representative

I received two follow-up calls to my online inquiry about Ayers's services. Each was courteous and informative, in fact, I was sent helpful printed materials that we read in advance of our appointment with Terri Guise. Those brochures provided a helpful basis that allowed us to ask informed questions and understand our options. I did inquire during my first phone contact if Ayers offered senior discounts, I was told Yes. Later, Terri clarified there would be no senior discount.

Sales Process

Terri phoned to alert us that she would be late (which was fine). She was here nearly 3 hours, which caused her to call ahead to reschedule her next meeting in Battle Creek. She seems well informed, confident in her assessments of our need, anxious to contain costs and ensure the best results for the customer.

Our Installation Crew

First-rate. Al, Phil, and TJ were prompt-despite a snowstorm. Their work was well coordinated and efficient. When unexpected issues cropped up, crew leader Al was forthright and sought our input and approval throughout the process.

The Cleanup Process

Our crawlspaces were a mess. Today, they are clean and insulated better than ever in the 70 years of our home's life.

What made you choose our company:

We chose Ayers based on their level of professionalism and the apparent number of satisfied customers. I do have a recommendation, however. The crew wore masks only some of the time. The sale agent never wore a mask, in spite of crawling around in all portions of the space taking photos and making measurements when the basement was in its worst condition. This cannot be healthy. Your company should insist on providing the best respiration protection possible for your employees and then insist they use it, whether they deem is necessary of not.
