Job review from Doug in Dowagiac, MI 49047 on 07/14/20

Wanted a second estimate for work required to form up foundation. Salesperson Jim gave estimate but when Andy came out he recommended different and more costly fix.Went with that but not happy about extra expense , extra time needed to finish foaming and support work on smartjacks. One area in in house still a bit shakey. Overall an excellent improvement on floor support. This was a difficult project with small crawlspace clearance to work in. Was surprised at how costly this project turned out to be. Crawlspace door anchor that was put into concrete block came loose after first use. I used a concrete patch to put it back in and that hes held so far. I ended up taking pictures of work under house to show Jim and make sure the things not done would get fixed on follow up work. I have not been under house since but assume Andy took care of it all. Generally good response to requests.
