Our Overall Service

Overall communication with sales person and scheduling was very inadequate. We were advised wrong dates to begin with and didn't know until I called to confirm they were coming. At which time we were given a date that was out 3 more months. They did reschedule some of the work, but had to split into separate jobs affecting extension of loan approval.

Appreciated they took precautions to ensure everything was cleaned.

What made you choose our company:

We chose Ayers because of your reputation. The only issue we had was the communication between all the parties involved with the project. Didn't seem like everyone had the same information which was causing us issues.
