Our Overall Service
The experience was great with Ayers until the end of our installation when it was clear that our electrician had not been arranged to finish the job so we had to wait another week to have our sump working. This seemed to be from a failure of communication and logistical processes.
Call Representative
Jacob who called was great and the folks in the office were helpful.
Sales Process
Tim Kensler was a great person to work with in building the best system for us and making us feel in control of the process along the way.
Our Installation Crew
The installation crew was professional, punctual and largely thorough in their work. My one reservation was how they cut away our AC/furnace drain line. They repeatedly told us they would tie it into the drain but it's now dripping onto the floor beside the drain.
The Cleanup Process
They did a good job for all the concrete they dug out! Our living areas were kept mostly dust free.

The salesman, Tim Kensler was a phenomenal person to work with in planning our project and understanding how the Ayers system would work for our house.
