Our Overall Service

We were extremely disappointed when we were told part of the repair work could not be done on the day of install. We were told our system (put in place by Ayers) could be repaired, but then they backtracked and told us they couldn’t fix it without us spending tens of thousands of dollars. It made us feel like you care more about making money than about standing by your work and your word.

Call Representative

We had no problem with the call representative. They were helpful.

Sales Process

Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, we had asked for help with waterproofing and she was here for around 3 hours and focused mostly on foundation. Then she assured us a repair could be done that the company ended up denying us. And we were not informed of this change until the morning of our install.

Our Installation Crew

The crew was excellent. They installed the system in the crawl space and insulated the basement very efficiently. The head crew person was professional and friendly.

The Cleanup Process

No issues with clean up. They took care of everything.

What made you choose our company:

We chose you because you were one of the only companies we could find that did crawl space encapsulation. We also thought the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately though, we feel we were misled and would not go with your company for other work.
