Job review from Diane in Holt, MI 48842 on 04/11/22

we weren't told of the flooding from the new sump pump in our back yard should of had the drainage extended from the house, now we have a very wet spot in the middle of our back yard, not happy with that. Ayers came back and told us it needed to be extended 25' and someone should have informed us at the time of installation, but ayers only goes so far from the house and will cost us another $675 to extend. After all the money we put into this system and to be told to extend at another additional cost.Not happy.
