Everyone we’ve spoken to on The Ayer’s team has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Brian was the first person my wife and I spoke with, he was very easy going, knowledgeable, and assured us that our home would be in good hands with Ayer’s Basement Systems.

Let me say that I told Greg Carey as in our first phone conversation that I needed him to be Optimistic and Straight Forward with me and my wife, and that we needed to know if our house could be saved. Greg assured us, that Ayer’s has the products, the experience and knowledge, as well as the people to save any home. It was Gregs confidence in the Ayer’s Basement Systems Team which consisted of Patented Products, Knowledgeable Staff at all levels from Call Representatives, Sales Professionals, Financing, Installers, Technicians that they can and will fix, repair, build, and guarantee their with a warranty.

Please bare with me as we had two crews show up that morning which consisted of Alex”Foreman” along with his team consisting of Cody, Kyle, and Corey that were all working on the Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System. Ayinde”Foreman” along with his team consisting of Cody, and Dylan that were all working on the Foundation Piers, Carbon Armor. Each of these young men Introduced themselves to both me and my wife. Each of them explained the work they would be doing, how it would be done, and asked if either of us had any questions. Everyone of these young men were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to speak with. All of them were hard working and knew exactly what they were doing, as each member of both teams worked diligently. My wife and I were both amazed by each and every member of both these teams from Ayer’s not just by their work ethic, and knowledge but also by something that sadly is so rare these days, and that is the friendly, polite, courteous attitude each of these young men presented. Being a Civil Servant myself and dealing with people daily, it is so refreshing to meet young people that have such a great work ethic, that are so friendly, courteous, and genuinely good people. It is my belief that AYERS Basement Systems is on to something in that they employ only the best, and I hope that they continue to do so, because these young people are the true representatives, ambassadors if you will of your Company.

Amazing, I literally had nothing to pick up when they left. They truly cleaned up after themselves. Nothing else needed to be done, they did a fantastic job.
