Sales Process
Mitch was one of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. He was able to put our minds at ease when things didn't go exactly according to plan, came up with alternatives, and provided prompt and effective communication throughout the entire process. We were able to reach Mitch with any and all questions and he clearly understood the work, what we wanted, and how to make it happen.
Our Installation Crew
Joe and his team were extremely kind, professional, and effective. He and his crew were able to make our hopes for the basement a reality, constantly seeking our input and ensuring we were happy with the work being performed. Joe and the crew were very courteous with respect to our project, and were consummate professionals in dealing with both pets and young children in the home while they worked.
The Cleanup Process
The cleanup conducted by Ayers was phenomenal. Often there would be no trace they were there. However, some of the subcontractors were less than clean. I do not fault Ayers for this as you don't have total control over subcontractors. Nevertheless, the drywall installation left significant dust everywhere, which didn't seem to be touched by the crew. Happy with their work though.

What made you choose our company:

I received an initial quote for the exact same job for $46,000. The quote I received from Ayers was nearly half the price at roughly $25,000. I have heard of Ayers as a reputable company for basement repairs from coworkers, so when I saw you have begun to finish basements, I decided to give you a try.
