We had a little hiccup in communication with some product that was being installed but the way Roger and Ron took care of the issue reassured us that we made the right decision in using Ayers. I am a firm believer that sometimes stuff happens but what is important is how it is handled. Many times people will try to make excuses and argue but the stand up people take ownership and make things right. Roger and Ron are great people and are great ambassadors for Ayers.

Roger is the main reason we signed with Ayers. His thoroughness in explaining what our options were and ultimately what work would be done, how it would be done, and the benefits of having it done. We felt very comfortable with moving ahead on this project.

Years in business. Never heard anything bad about Ayers. And ultimately, Roger Powell. After meeting with Roger we felt confident in using Ayers to complete our project.
