Ron,Doug,Sinko,Tyler Naturally I did not stay to watch, but they were all very polite ,friendly and helpful with advice in answer to my questions.
The Cleanup Process
I was expecting a bit of dust upstairs, but there was none at all. The basement was left very clean and I was impressed with how much the overall appearance of the basement had already improved.

What made you choose our company:

Well known name. Impressed that when I called for a quote, I received a book explaining about water in and around the home, as well as an introduction letter about the salesman we would meet. I also liked the fact that you belong to a nation wide organization so the warranty will be honored if the Lansing business should ever go out of business. I also liked the transferable lifetime warranty.
