I may be a neat freak, but more debris was left on the floor than I would have expected.

I saw a TV advertisement, but the first impression set by the initial phone contact was very positive. She was quite helpful. Then we received a letter to introduce Matin and a whole booklet about systems which spoke of expertise, commitment to quality work, and a desire to inform.
