Ken Breitner made a terrific and thorough presentation. He answered all our questions and clearly explained the difference between Ayres and the competition. Doug Hawley and his crew could not have been better or more agreeable people to work with. Now, I hope all their efforts will solve our water-in-the-basement problem. Time will tell.
