David K

David brings a wealth of customer service and technical experience to his position as Project Manager for HomeSpec. He worked in the hotel industry for almost two decades as a General Manager, developing a strong skillset for customer service and communication. Drawing from his early construction experience of pouring basements, David became a Certified Professional Inspector and started his own home inspection company. Now with HomeSpec, David is professionally certified in basement, concrete and foundation repair.

David’s favorite part of his job has to do with the human aspect of the work. Whether it’s meeting new homeowners on a daily basis, or working with the team at HomeSpec, he takes great pride in knowing that when the two are brought together, problems get solved.

When he is not providing you with solutions to your foundation issues, David loves spending time with family, camping and attending NASCAR races with his oldest boy.
