His day to day includes assuring that the crew has everything they need to get the job done and performing walk throughs with the homeowners to assure everything is going smoothly, additionally, he assists the crew with any help they may need. Eleftherios enjoys working for HomeSpec and feels respected and apart of the team, he is not just another person, he is a part of a family.

This homeowner decided to protect their home using downspout extensions. The water collected by the gutters will be led far away from the home's foundation which protects it from additional water pressure.
This basement was completely transformed! The foundation was lifted, the walls stabilized, and the basement waterproofed. The floor will no longer sink, the walls will not lean forward any further, and whatever water intrudes will be ushered out of the pristine house. CleanSpace® was the vapor barrier cherry on top!
