Ted is a licensed Michigan Residential Builder and a Certified Waterproofing Professional by Basement Systems International. He had worked in varying capacities of the construction industry prior to joining our team in 2013.

Ted's expertise are in waterproofing, structural reinforcement, and creating healthy lower-level living spaces that enhance the value of a home. Whatever the problem, Ted will design a custom solution using the best products in the industry.

Ted spends his evenings and weekends on his farm with his wife and children where they raise goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys.
