BEN GABOWITZ WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE. I SHOWED HIM THE 3 AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. HE GAVE ME A CLEAR AND ACCURATE ASSESMENT OF THE REPAIRS NEEDED AND NOT NEEDED. HE IS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES FOR HOMESPEC IN THE FUTURE.
