Denise Lopez

Denise joined the team in August of 2023. Prior to making the career change, Denise worked as a Customer Service Rep/Cashier/Material Handler as well as an Instructional Aide for children with disabilities. All of Denise's previous work experience taught her the importance of attentive and meaningful customer service, thinking on the fly, and working in a fast paced environment. She wanted to join our team because she was intrigued by our ONE TEAM mentality and our great reputation. Denise joined our team as a Customer Care Representative, meaning her day-to-day tasks include scheduling free estimates, entering leads, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails. She is the most excited about learning more about our industry, meeting new people, and helping as many homeowners as possible. 

When Denise isn't in the office she can be found spending time with her family, playing basketball, or traveling to Disneyland. We're so excited to have Denise with us!
