Sales Process

Eric was more than willing to accommodate our schedule during his visit which meant he arrived at 7pm (well after normal business hours) He presented multiple options and was honest about the benefits of each. He didn't just try to sell us the most expensive one, which we really appreciated.

Our Installation Crew

The crew that was here and did the work was amazing. They put towels down when they arrived to prevent any dirt or damage to the floors upstairs. We had a large tree removed the prior summer and they ran into many old roots. They didn't complain one bit. They explained what they were going to do and how to maintain it going forward.

The Cleanup Process

This probably gets overstated, but we were blown away at how well they cleaned up. You wouldn't have known there was any work done. Very impressive.

What made you choose our company:

The biggest thing for us was our trust in Eric and his honesty from the start. We felt the same way about the install crew. The warranty is as good as any in the business. Basically from start to finish, we always felt like we were "in the loop" and important.
