Rene Hernandez did a great job to solve our wet basement problem, he sold to us right product and explain how it will work.
Our Installation Crew
As our request and help from the Production Manager Matt Krowiorz, was possible that Juan Peña and his crew completed this project, they did and exceptional job is almost unbelievable that not a single scratch to the freshly painted wall was made. Juan was about and beyond when finished his installation and fixed the window well cover's hinge in less than 15 min which three different service crews can't. This is what customer service, knowledge of the job and dedication is. Juan did a similar installation on a previous home we almost 7 years ago owned for that reason we requested him and he delivered what we expected from him not less. Thank You.
