James came to DBS in 2019 as a Design Specialist. He has spent 15+ years in both customer service and sales roles, as well as home renovation. His experience in these roles helped expand his knowledge of providing solutions for all sorts of customers. James has been trained by Supportworks to help customers permanently resolve their home’s foundation issues. He is dedicated to working with customers to find the right plan to meet their needs.
DBS’ mission is to create lasting “WOW” relationships with employees and customers while providing permanent home performance solutions. James takes personal responsibility to “WOW” each customer on every job. What he says he likes most about DBS is: “It is amazing to be a part of a company that truly values and strives to provide peace of mind and a better quality of life to every one of its customers.” James brings a great deal of knowledge, energy, and passion to the DBS team. He believes that DBS delivers on its promise of great quality and service by providing a personal touch to effectively solve unique problems. What James looks forward to most when coming to work is helping people out, taking their worries and stress away on repairs needed, then leaving them with peace of mind that it’s permanently fixed!
In his free time, James enjoys camping with family and friends and biking (road and mountain biking) with his kids and family. He also enjoys working on home renovations and restoring classic cars. If he could have dinner with any fictional character, it would be Marty McFly because he would love to know what it is like to time travel. He also wouldn't mind working with the Doc either.
