Our team will pour concrete footings to mount the SmartJack® support beams.
After removing the home's old insulation, our team applied closed-cell spray foam to air seal the space.
This white, poly material is installed and secured to the crawl space floor and plays a central role in preventing excessive water vapor in the space.
Any time we create a hole in our building material for something like an outlet or lighting fixture, we create a pathway for warm air to escape. Here, our team can placed a can light cover over this fixture and sealed the lip with spray foam.
