This side view shows the helical piers strategically installed to stabilize the foundation of the cabin. These piers are driven deep into the ground, providing a strong base to prevent future settling and ensure the long-term stability of the structure.
Forces of nature caused this foundation to slowly settling, cause the stair-step cracks seen here.
In order to contend with the moist soil near the shoreline, our Design Specialist created a plan using steel beams beneath the cabin and helical piers on the outside of the cabin.
This home in Ashland, WI is close to Lake Superior. Shifting groundwater and soil conditions and bound to affect foundations over time.
Our helical piers are hydraulically driven into the ground until they reach stable, weight-bearing soil.
The owner of this home in Lakeville, MN reached out to us looking for help with cracked walls in their crawl space foundation.
This middle support beam is now fully holding the weight of the sunroom above.
After completing the push pier lift procedure, our team applied gravel to the garage perimeter. This will assist in better drainage around the foundation.
