Matthew Kanirie

Matthew joined the DBS family in June 2022 as a Basement Repair Design Specialist! Since then, he has held the position of Design Supervisor and has since taken on the role of Managing Director of Sales and Service. Matthew looks forward to helping customers find the right solutions for their homes! His previous experience in utility construction will help him flourish in his ability to provide homeowners with permanent solutions. Matthew prides himself on his positive outlook and personality, which will help set him up for success here at DBS!

Since joining DBS, Matthew has completed his Foundation Repair and Waterproofing training, providing him with the proper education to diagnose and solve customer issues. He is excited to provide customers with the solutions they need to create healthy, safe, and comfortable homes!

Our mission at DBS is to create lasting “WOW” relationships with employees and customers while providing permanent home performance solutions. His previous experience will also help him provide “WOW” experiences for our customers.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hiking and playing softball. He also enjoys spending time practicing jiu-jitsu! If Matthew were to win one million dollars, he would pay off moving expenses and prepare for his kids' college and futures.
