Reed Peer

Reed joined the DBS team in 2024 as one of our Design Specialist at our Duluth location! His previous background as a guide on Lake Superior and Kodiak Island, Alaska has made him an experienced customer service professional and built his skills in developing relationships with clients. He also has construction experience that developed through building sleeper ice houses for LOTW sleepers. This experience has helped him understand how to cooperate as a team to ensure work goes smoothly and effectively. A unique quality he brings to his role is that he can have a positive, can-do, attitude that enables him to learn from his mistakes, get along with his team, and see a project through to completion. What excites him most about his role is that he can help his clients find solutions that improve their quality of life.

When Reed isn't in the office, you can find him fishing, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his friends and family. If he were to have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose to dine with Teddy Roosevelt because he had a deep curiosity for the natural world paired with a drive and means to explore it.
