Drew joined the DBS team in 2024 as a Design Specialist at our Duluth location and has since transitioned to his new role as a Service Tech. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and five years in sales, he has learned that the best transactions occur when everyone is having a good time. Building trust and connecting with people in the moment is what he finds most enjoyable in life. He is committed to fostering strong relationships and delivering meaningful, solution-oriented results that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. He describes his most unique quality as being an out-of-the-box thinker. He can see the big picture and will find the right solutions for any unique problems our homeowners face. What he enjoys most about his job is identifying the problems that homeowners are facing and finding the best solutions for those issues.
When Drew isn't in the office, you can find him taking advantage of the great outdoors. The Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) is his go-to place to put away his phone and truly unplug while enjoying nature. He also loves spending quality time with his wife, Amanda, and their dog, Landon, as they often explore the Superior Hiking Trail together. On cold winter nights, he enjoys sitting down with his guitar and mandolin, writing new songs. If he could dine with any fictional character, he would choose to dine with Yoda from Star Wars. Drew explains that he believes Yoda's profound wisdom and ancient knowledge would enlighten the conversations they would have. "His unique perspective on the Force and life balance, learn much from it I would. Stories of the Jedi Order and epic battles he could share. And the chance to seek guidance from a Jedi Master, a rare and invaluable experience it would be."
