Frist, we are very pleased with the work crew and the great job they did. They get a 5 +. An areas for improvement would be Scheduling. we were rescheduled a few times.

Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the work and processes from DBS. Seems he might have underestimated some of the complexities of the issues for our project. The crew was surprised - see comments below.

GREAT CREW!! Know that they reflect VERY well on your company. They had to work through a number of very challenging situations to make this happen.  They were professional and helpful at all times, answering my questions and suggesting solutions along the way.  Seems like the project was probably a bit more than expected :)

Nicely done. The crew was very conscientious about every little detail and left everything in great shape.
