We were quite impressed with the information presented and feel strongly that Thrasher will do as promised. It was great to have an evening appointment that both my husband and I could be present. Jeremy (sales rep) explained every step and answered any questions I had about installation and if any questions do arise prior to installation we have a contact number for him. We are relieved to know that we are getting the issue fixed and have the backing of your company for the next 25 years. Thank You!
