She did a thorough job of answering questions, explaining what was necessary to solve our problem, and providing a quote. We received explicit instructions on what our responsibilities were prior to installation which made it easy to get ready. On the day of the installation, your crew was punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Each person that we dealt with throughout the entire process - the receptionist, the sales representative, the crew chief and each of the crew members - was friendly and professional.
