5 out of 5Brian was very informative and professional. It's been my experience that technical sales people enjoy throwing their jargon around to create what could be a false sense of fear and need. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Brian's approach. He determined my house to be level and there was no structural issues. I really appreciated his integrity and that he didn't try to baffle me into paying for unnecessary service.
