We selected Thrasher because we noticed progressive basement wall cracking and bowing. Your company has a very customer-oriented approach. I appreciated the low-key, informative, zero-sales pressure approach from your representative. It was also nice to get several telephone calls from your office to confirm appointments and answer questions after I'd signed the contract.
