Todd Carpenter and his crew were awesome, they were introduced to us as they came into the house, they put plastic up to protect our living room and put protector on the basement steps to prutect them, I asked a question when they first came and it was answered with no problem, Also, when they were done Todd stopped and explained how everything will be working. They cleaned up the mess so you cant even tell anybody was there, they also were very timely in getting the work done. I couldn't believe that this job would only take a day and it took less than what I expected. Todd also called when they were on their way, which I felt was awesome. I would refer other people to Thrasher and recommend Todd Carpenter and his crew anytime.
