Process went very smoothly.
Call Representative
Call rep called the next day to follow up. Other company that quoted has yet to call back after 2 months!
Sales Process
Salesperson showed up at the time he said he would be there. He listened to what are concerns were as this jib was inside a church.
Our Installation Crew
Crew was very professional, asked if we needed help with anything before they left. Was a very quick process
The Cleanup Process
Crew cleaned up any mess they made.

Had a quote from another company also. The other quote wasn't even close to what Thrashers quoted.
