Both Jacob and Evan kept me apprised of activity and explained the what and why of the various project steps.

Calls were always courteous, info was explained in terms I could understand
Sales Process
Brett thoroughly explained what was needed to repair and resolve the cracks in my concrete and garage foundation and why along with the proposed pricing. I approached it from a good, better, best level of services to maximize my budget. Brett was very objective in his explanations and did not to attempt to oversell. My level of spend decision was not questioned.

Excellent! Other than the fresh dirt which was placed back at the source after work was complete, and the concrete repair lines, you wouldn’t know work had been done.
